    At home, you’ll usually find me brewing a fruity, funky natural on my V60 and nerding out over flavour notes with my favourite audience—my 2 cats.”

    At Social Impact Coffee I shape and deliver the brand across physical and digital channels. From packaging to in-store assets, my focus is on communicating our mission clearly and consistently.

    I’m particularly driven by sustainable design, developing packaging and systems that prioritise durability and responsible materials while supporting the growth of the brand.

    When it comes to coffee, I keep it seasonal: fruity cold brews in summer, and nutty oat flat whites in winter.”

Baristas.

It ensures we can recruit, train and retain the right people with an enthusiasm and passion for the craft and the purpose that sits behind it. This ongoing development aids our teams to master the skills and knowledge required to make that perfect cup of coffee every time. After all, the baristas is fundamental to the success of a quality coffee business.

  • A familiar face each day makes for a better (and more engaged) guest experience.

  • The skills of a barista grow near exponentially the longer s/he works behind a machine – so the longer they stay in the business, the better the quality of coffee being prepared by the team.

  • Training and developing baristas represents a significant investment by a business; retaining those baristas is the only way a business can get a return on that investment.
