PEOPLE — We see the jobs we create as profit, not cost. From farmers, to roasters, to baristas, we expect the best, and we value it accordingly. We pay 3x fair trade prices to farmers. We recruit diversely and invest in skills. Purpose, respect, income. When jobs are the profit, everybody counts.

PLANET — There’s no coffee on a dead planet. We must address climate change and protect biodiversity. We choose beans from regenerative farms. We are net zero working toward net negative. Our cafes are zero waste. We work with the WWF. And we hold our entire supply chain accountable.

PROFIT SHARED — We don’t profit in isolation. Coffee is social, and we think our business should be too. Which is why we reinvest 65% of profits into local community causes. Success tastes best when it’s shared.
